POWER HOUR

Power Hour is a group strength training session using barbells and dumbbells to create resistance that builds strength, tones muscle, sheds fat, and burns calories.

• Barbell and dumbbell-based training

• Structured strength-focused workouts

• Programmes run in 8-week blocks to track progression

• You can join at any point

• Everyone trains at their own level
